Buffet-style meals are provided by the staff and a contracted French caterer. Petit déjeuner includes bread, cereal, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee, and tea. Déjeuner generally includes meat, carbohydrates, vegetable. Dîner is lighter fare with salads or casseroles. Wine, cheese, and dessert are served at both déjeuner and dîner.
For guests with dietary restrictions for medical reasons, we promise to work with you, however, we are limited in our offerings. The Super U grocery story (a five-minute walk from the Centre) has a wide selection of organic food products.

Déjeuner -- main meal 12:30 - 1:30 p.m.
Dîner -- lighter fare 7 - 8 p.m.
For those participating in a program or a group pilgrimage, meals are included in the cost of registration. Individual visitors may make contributions according to the following suggestions:

After meals, we invite teams of three persons to help with clean-up. We provide a sign-up sheet so that everyone can share the load.
Sometimes people would like to sample local fare and Le Puy has a wide variety restaurants, cafés, bars, boulangeries, and pâtisseries from which to choose.
