We will make an historical journey of the origins (16th - 17th century) and development of the Sisters of St. Joseph until the French Revolution (1789). We will then examine how the emergence of "The Little Design" was made possible in several contexts: political, social, religious, ecclesial during this particular period of history.
"The Little Design" has developed and been made by God for all people to participate in the humanization of our societies. Thus, we seek to understand how we have fostered the emergence of the Sisters of Saint Joseph spirituality and how it can be inscribed while in a relationship of proximity and universality for today.
